COMPETITIVENESS :: Competitiveness Council

MAGNET’s Competitiveness Council, appointed by the MAGNET Board of Directors, is comprised of 15 key Northeast Ohio manufacturing executives.  The Council is chaired by Ron Auletta, President of GED Innovative Solutions in Twinsburg, OH.  The Council meets bi-monthly to review progress towards metrics and gain insight from the Council members to improve focus and performance of our initiatives.

Competitiveness Council Mission Statement

The mission of the Competitiveness Council is to create networks and marketplace mechanisms for Northeast Ohio manufacturers that provide visibility and access to the skills and resources needed to raise competitiveness including:

  • Proven operational efficiency and productivity methods
  • Product/process innovation and commercialization
  • Means that allow small and mid-sized companies to sell and source globally
  • Peer-to-peer exchanges that enhance learning, idea generation and collaboration
