Program Presenters:
Jon Iverson, Vice President, Machining Technology & Defense Aerospace Services for TechSolve joined the organization in 2007 after a 25-year career in the U.S. Navy. Iverson holds the Lean Manufacturing Blackbelt certification and has previously held the positions of Commander of Portsmouth Naval Shipyard and Operations Officer of Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard.
Bruce Vaillancourt, Program Development Manager for TechSolve graduated from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. During a 33-year career, Vaillancourt has gained experience in international business, marketing, strategic planning, and operations management. He is a certified Business Advisor in the state of Ohio and also holds a certification in Industrial Engineering.
Donald W. Majcher is Vice President of Technology and Innovation Partnerships at the Ohio Aerospace Institute (OAI). Prior to joining OAI, Majcher was Director of Corporate Strategy and Development for The Lubrizol Corporation. Before that he served as Director of Business Development and Planning with Applied Industrial Technologies. Majcher is responsible for identifying and executing opportunities for collaborative research efforts, managing private / public partnerships that develop and commercialize technology, advocacy for a single Ohio Aerospace industry and supply chain.
Carol A. Cash, currently an OAI Consultant, spent more than 37 years with GE Aviation as a technical marketing representative to NASA Glenn Research Center. In May, she will become Vice President, Public Policy, for the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics. |
