Ohio Legislative Services Commission releases Advanced Energy Fund Assistance analysis

Ohio Legislative Service Commission LogoCleveland, May 5 , 2008 —The Ohio Legislative Services Commission, the state agency charged with providing technical, research, and fiscal services to members of the Ohio General Assembly, released a summary analysis of S.B. No. 221, the Energy Bill recently passed by the Ohio House and signed into law by Gov. Ted Strickland. The analysis is a plain-english executive summary of the bill's provisions for funding and executing the Advanced Energy Fund. (More...)
