"Under 50" Program for Smaller Manufacturers

MAGNET's "Under 50" Program is for manufacturers with less than $15  million in annual sales or fewer than 50 employees.

For companies meeting this definition, MAGNET offers the following programs and services pro bono or at deeply discounted rates:

bl sqSmall Business Overview Assessment Tool -- Includes pro bono follow-up analysis and recommendations from a MAGNET consultant or engineer;

bl sq“Ask an Expert” Assistance from Questline in solving production related problems and answering technical questions;

bl sqOne free license for the following online training programs (additional licenses at a deep discount):

  • Online training for management teams: Growth Planning, Change Management, Sales Planning, and Lean Manufacturing
  • Online training for shop floor employees: 8 Wastes, 5S/Workplace Organization, Point of Storage, Stand Work, Problem Solving, and Team Leadership

bl sqRegistration with MFRSearch.com (formerly the Edison Manufacturers Network), an online database that connects Ohio manufacturers to distributors, suppliers, and buyers;

bl sqFree attendance at MAGNET's Management Leadership Speaker Series events four times a year;

bl sqReceive MAGNET newsletters, including the Manufacturing Roundup newsletter and Motor Vehicle Supply Chain News newsletter;

bl sqInvitations to two workshops per year conducted by MAGNET and its regional partners.
