Kelly Tompkins, will resign April 30 to accept the position of executive vice president of legal, government affairs and sustainability for Cleveland-based Cliffs Natural Resources Inc. Robert L. Ashtabula Township—ASHTA Chemicals reports “losing” 415 pounds of toxic mercury in 2009, according to company records obtained from the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) by Oceana, an international ocean conservation group based in Washington, D.C.
